Ingredients (240 ml of cup used):

Ingredients for indian crispy dosa recipe:
  • 1 1/2 cups of rice.
  • 2 tbsp of attukulu.
  • fresh water as needed for dosa mixing.
  • crystal salt and rock salt.
  • 1/2 cups of urad dal.
  • 1/2 tbsp of bengal gram (chana dal).
  • 1/2 tbsp of methi seeds.
Ingredients for indian plain dosa recipe:
  • Non-iodized salt or crystal salt.
  • 1 1/4 cup rice.
  • 1/2 cup whole black gram(whole urad dal).
  • 1/3 to 1/4 tsp of meethi seeds.

MAKING OF INDIAN DOSA RECIPE:

Preparation Of Indian Dosa Recipe:
  • Firstly take a bowl and mix the urad dal and chana dal,meethi seeds.
  • pour the water to the bowl and keep a side and take it out the water to the bowl.
  • Add the fresh water and keep aside for 4 and half hours.
  • Next add the rice to the anothe bowl and clean a few times and fresh it.
  • pour the fresh water and soak individually and keep a side with water for 4 and half hours.
  • Lastly take it out the all items and grinding you before preparing the dosa.
INDIAN DOSA RECIPE MAKING:
  • Take a dosa pan heat the pan and pour the few drops of oil.
  • heat the pan until the pan heat enough.pour the dosa batter in center of the pan and expand the dosa batter to circular shape.
  • And flip the dosa edges are rise from the pan.
  • cook both sides of dosa if you want crispy dosa.
  • And repeat the these steps and make some more dasas.
  • if you can also rub the cut onion in the batter.
  • serve dosa with the delicious chutney's and masala curry's.
