INGREDIENTS FOR FRY POTATO(ALOO) RECIPE:


  • 1/4 tbsp of jeera.
  • 1/4 tbsp of mustard.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 1/2 tbsp of urad dal.
  • 2 red chilies.
  • 1/8 tbsp of turmeric.
  • 1/4 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  • salt as needed.
  • pinch of asasfoetida.
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of oil.
  • 1/2 tbsp of garam masala powder.

MAKING OF FRY POTATO(ALOO) RECIPE:


  • Firstly wash the potatoes cleanly.and cut the potatoes medium size of cubes type.
  • And take a bowl and fill into the water in bowl and keep the cubes in bowl until the pieces are using.
  • The water is helps to removing of excess of starch and the prevents from sticking freely.
  • Take a pan and drop the oil and heat the pan in slightly warm.take a non stick pan to using of this potato fry.
  • Then oil is heat up and add the mustards,dals,chilli,cumin.fry the dal until golden colored.
  • And add the garlics and curry leaves.until the garlics are slightly fried.and add the hing to the heat pan.
  • Dry the potatoes from water and add to the pan and mix well and fry until the 2 to 4 minutes in normal heat.
  • Dont heat to much the pan.cook the potatoes until the pogatoes are good condition.good to cover the pan and cook.
  • You can add the oil if you needed to spicy and fry.and also add the water if you needed to the potatoe fry roasting better.
  • Check the potatoes are roasted (or) not and cook weel the potatoes.check the potatoes all cooked good (or) not if the potatoes not cooked well you can add some water and fry the roasted potatoes.
  • Add the red chilli powder and garam masala,salt.and check the taste and add more red chilli powder and salt if you needed.and take to the bowl and serve to the plates and eat with rasam and rice.
