Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe: Hi Folks, Here we come back with a new recipe, that is a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It can be made in a pan. It smells good and the taste is amazing. I thick chicken lovers are most priority ton this recipe. It is a very delicious and unique flavor, and it is used as a starter also and also evening snack. This recipe involves an iron pan for well prepared grilled chicken sandwich.

Ingredients (240 ml of cup used):

  • 2 tsp of hung curd.
  • 1 pinch of turmeric.
  • salt as needed.
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper.
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  • 1/2 tsp of red chili powder.
  • 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  • 1-2 tsp of butter.
  • 4 bread slices.
  • 250 grams of chicken(boneless).
  • 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp of methi powder(fenugreek).
  • 1/4 tsp of dried mango powder.
  • Green chutney or kabab chutney.
  • 1 medium sized onion(cut to rings).
  • 1 medium sized tomato(cut to rings).
  • Few Coriander leaves.

How To Make The Recipe:

  • First, Take a bowl and add hung curd, add salt, methi powder, turmeric, coriander powder,garam masala, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, and chili powder. If you prefer besan add it,(optional).
  • Stir well all the ingredients, and taste it, If there are any low ingredients then add.
  • Add Chicken, you may use breasts and fillets, make sure it is very low in size.
  • Chicken that was brined in vinegar for overnight. Overnight marination tastes the recipe and decently.
  • Butter the bread and toast it, You may use in a preheated oven also.
  • Kept aside the bread slices.
  • Pour oil in a pan and add chicken with a low-medium flame.
  • After some time turn the chicken and place in that pan only.
  • Smear green chutney to the bread fully and place the grilled chicken.
  • Then add your favorite tomato rings and as well as onion rings.
  • Add coriander if you like and pour remaining green chutney also.
  • Cover with another slice.
  • Finally, the Grilled chicken sandwich is ready to serve.
