Ingredients (240 ml of cup used):

  •  3 tsp of olive oil.
  •  200 grams of Spaghetti.
  •  2 tsp of garlic.
  •  3-4 Eggs.
  •  Salt as needed.
  •  1-1/2 tsp of red chili flakes.
  •  1/4 cup parsley chopped.
 How To Make The Recipe:

 Cook Pasta:
  • First, take 10 cups of water and boil it in a large thick pot.
  • Add Spaghetti and salt as needed.
  • Read all the instructions and timings on the package.
  • Set aside 4-5 tsp of the pasta cooked water.
  • Drain the pasta to a colander.
How To Make Egg Pasta:
  • Previously while the pasta cooks, Heat the pan and pour oil.
  • Saute garlic until it turns to smell good and aromatic.
  • Add red chili flakes and saute for 40-50 seconds.
  • Then pour water to the pan and add a little bit of salt.
  • Cook until the sauce gets thickens.
  • Beat the egg shells and pour eggs.
  • Scramble and cook until the eggs are completely yet soft.
  • Taste the egg and add salt (if you want).
  • Shift the pasta and add salt(if you want) and toss well. Switch off the stove.
  • Add parsley(chopped).
  • Finally, Hot Egg Pasta is ready to serve.
