Ingredients (240 ml of cup used):

  • 3 cups of flour.
  • 1/2 tsp of salt.
  • 1 cup of sugar.
  • 3 tsp of baking powder.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  • 1-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 3/4 cup of unsalted butter.
How To Make The Recipe:
  • First,pre-heat the microwave oven to 180C for 10-15 minutes, grease and place the muffin liners in a tin.
  • Sieve all the dry ingredients except sugar and add sugar and mix. Kept this aside.
  • Add eggs to a bowl and beat them lightly, then add milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix everything very well.
  • Now add half of the dry mix and stir, add the remaining and stir just until combined well. Add choco chips and stir well.
  • Pour the muffin batter to the liners equally.
  • Bake for 20 minutes if it is making large muffins then bake it for just 12 minutes if making regular sized muffins.
  • A toothpick inserted must come out clean neatly.
  • Slowly, Cool them on a wire rack.
  • Best served in warm.
  • Finally, Chocolate Chip Muffins is ready to serve.
