Ingredients (240 ml of cup used):

Dry Spices:
  • 1 small cinnamon stick.
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin.
  • 2 green cardamoms.
  • 4 cloves.
  • 1 bay leaf.
  • Peppercorn.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp of oil.
  • 1 green chili slit.
  • 3/4 cup of onions chopped.
  • 1-1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 1/2 tsp of red chili powder.
  • 1/8 tsp of turmeric.
  • Handfull of coriander leaves for garnish.
  • salt as needed.
  • 250 grams of chicken keema.
  • Pudina leaves.
  • 3/4 tsp of meat masala powder.
  • 1/4 cup of green peas. (optional)
  • 1/3 cup of cream or coconut milk.
How To Make The Recipe:
  • First, heat the pan and pour oil in the pan and heat it.
  • Add the dry spices and saute.
  • Then add green chili and onions, fry until onions turn to golden color.
  • Shift the tomatoes(chopped). fry until it gets softened, if it is dry sprinkle small amount of water.
  • Add masala powder and chili powder, mint leaves and fry.
  • Add bay leaf and minced meat, turmeric, and salt.
  • Cook on a low flame and cover it with a lid.
  • Keema gets soft cooked in its own moisture. If you add some water then add.
  • Again add onion-tomato mixture and mix well.
  • Cook with a low flame and minced meat and onion tomato blends well.
Making Chicken Keema Gravy:
  • To Make the chicken keema gravy pour coconut milk or cashew milk and cook the curry thickens. To make smooth then add little amount of water.
  • If you may use cream then pour the cream in a bowl.
  • Add keema to the cream and stir well and add it to the pan.
  • Finally, hot Chicken Keema Gravy is served to serve.
