Ingredients (240 ml of cup used):

  • 2 tsp of ghee(If you like more then add more ghee).
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped.
  • 3 spring curry leaves(Fresh).
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper.
Marination:
  • 1/2 kg Chicken.
  • 1 tsp of mint leaves.
  • 1 tsp of Pudina leaves.
  • 1-1/2 tsp of lemon juice.
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  • 1-1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  • 1-1/2 tsp of red chili powder.
  • 3 onions large size(crushed in the mixer).
  • 1 tsp of ghee.
  • salt as needed.
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
How To Make The Recipe:
  • First, Wash the chicken with fresh water and keep aside.
  • Take a pot and add all of the marination ingredients (above mentioned).
  • Mix and stir well and cook on a low-medium flame till it gets tender and cooked fully.
  • If you may found any moisture in the pot then adjust the flame to high.
  • Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Take a pan and heat the pan first, and add ghee.
  • Then add garlic and curry leaves.
  • Fry until the curry leaves turn to crisp and some of the curry leaves for final garnish output.
  • To the pan, add and roast it.
  • When the masala roasted then sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Pepper places a good taste and aroma to the chicken ghee roast.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • And garnish with curry leaves.
  • Finally, hot chicken ghee roast is ready to serve.
