INGREDIENTS (240 ml of cup used):

  • 1 cup of rice uncooked
  • olive oil as needed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1 green chili slit(optional)
  • 1 cup of sweet corn
  • 3/4 cup of chopped capsicum
  • 2 springs herbs (chopped)
  • pepper powder as needed

HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

  • Firstly, Wash and soak rice for 10-15 minutes.
  • cook rice and cool completely.
  • heat the oil and fry garlic until it smells decent.
  • add chopped onions, chili and fry until it turns to golden color.
  • add all remaining veggies including corn and fry until they are cooked partially.
  • add chopped celery and fry for 1 minute.
  • and add rice, pepper powder, salt, and more olive oil.
  • stir all and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Finally, Serve sweet corn fried rice hot.
