Chicken 65 recipe is a well known and most popular spicy, delicious and hot south Indian recipe.it is a boneless chicken stater.there are so many ways a chicken 65 is made. all totally different styles Hyderabad style, Andhra style, Madurai style, and restaurant style.
To make this recipe as street style, you may use egg. this recipe can be prepared even without yogurt and egg if you desire. the result will still be juicy and soft chicken.

INGREDIENTS(240 ml of cup used):

  • 250 grams of boneless chicken and tender
  • 1 egg white or whole egg for 1/2 kg chicken
  • 2 tsp of corn flour
  • 1 tsp of rice flour or corn flour
  • oil for deep frying

Marination:

  • 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp of curd 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • salt as needed

Seasoning for the chicken65 recipe:

  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 spring of curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 green chilies sliced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Seasoning mixture to coat the chicken:

  • 3/4 tsp of red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp of salt 
  • 2 tsp of thick curd
HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

Preparation:
  • First wash the chicken very decently in running water.
  • marinate it with mentioned ingredients. keep aside at least 45mins to 1 hour. overnight yields the best soft chicken
  • make the seasoning mixture. add garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, yogurt with 2 tsp.water to a bowl.set this aside.
  • sprinkle the dry flour over the marinade. if you choose egg then mix well. if needed sprinkle little water for a good binding.
how to make the chicken65:
  • first heat oil in a deep pan until hot
  • fry the chicken until cooked fully and golden, stir decently.drainthem on a kitchen tissue.
  • heat a pan with 1 tsp of oil.
  • add curry leaves, cumin, and green chilies.fry till the leaves turn crisp. you can set aside few for garnish.
  • next, pour the chili garlic seasoning mixture. let it begin to bubble.
  • add the fried chicken and toss.
  • fry on a medium flame till it absorbs all the moisture and the raw smell of garlic disappears.overflying can make it hard.so turn off in time.
  • finally, serve chicken65 with onions.
