INGREDIENTS (240 ml of cup used):

  • 6 slices of bread (any type of bread)
  • 3 tsp of butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp of garlic (finely chopped)
  • salt as needed
  • 3/4 -1 cup of cheese grated or slice 
Optional:
  • 1 tsp of coriander leaves
  • 3/4 tsp of oregano(as needed)
  • 1 tsp of red chili flakes 

HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

Preparation:
  • Make garlic butter by whisking together with a fine fork-butter and minced garlic.
  • Heat the oven to 190C.
How to make garlic cheese toast:
  • Firstly, take a fine bread and brush the butter on one side. Toast in the microwave oven for 12 minutes.you may also toast on pan on one side.
  • flip the bread. then sprinkle the cheese, herbs, and chili flakes over the garlic toasted bread.
  • Bake it again for 2-3 minutes. for pan toasting cover with a lid and toast until the cheese begins to melt off.
  • Finally, serve garlic cheese toast hot.
