MUTTON CURRY RECIPE:

Nowadays many of them are foodies. Especially there is no gender difference in having food. Most of the people are Non-Vegetarians Compare to Vegetarians. For dietitians, meat is very useful to grow up and built up the body. If you add ghee for this recipe it is very tasty (but more ghee is not good for health) So, here the recipe is mutton curry masala.

INGREDIENTS:(250 ml cup Used)
  • Marination for Mutton Curry
  • 300 grams mutton (boneless) or 500 grams with mutton (bone)
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1-1/4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt(use as needed)
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
INGREDIENTS for MUTTON MASALA:
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 2 elachis
  • 1-inch dalchini
  • 1 cup of onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of tomatoes
  • 1-2 green chillies (chopped)
  • 2tbsp meat masala/garam masala(Everest meat masala)
  • 1/2 cup of water +2tbsp
  • Salt(needed)
  • 2 Springs Curry Leaves
  • 2tbsp Coriander leaves for garnishing(Chopped)
Preparation for mutton Curry:-
  •  First of all Marinate the mutton with turmeric,ginger-garlic, salt, curd and chilli powder. Curd and ginger garlic paste make the mutton very tastily.
  • After 45mins -1hr.Mutton gets softer and smoother. Refrigerate for at least 2hrs to overnight. Overnight results best Recipe 
  • At least 30 mins before keeping the mutton out of the Refrigerator.
How to make mutton Curry:-
  • Heat oil in a pan. Then saute cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf for 2mins.
  •  Add Chopped Onions and green chills, add 1/2 tbsp salt to Onions. Why because Onions fastly turned into lite golden colour.
  •  Lower the flame as much as possible(for good and taste recipe). Then Transferred the marinated mutton into the pan and saute for 5-6 mins
  •  After 10 mins the moisture begins to release, then add meat masala and saute for 2 mins.
  •  Add Curry leaves (if using)
  •  Pour tomato puree and salt Until the raw smell of tomatoes go away. This takes about 5-6 mins.
Soft Cooking Mutton:-
  •  Pour water in a Pressure Cooker for 4 to 5 whistles on a low/Medium flame. Alternately you can cook in a  pot also until it gets soft(adding water is mandatory)
  •  After 4 to 5 whistles, then shut down the flame.
  •  After 5-10 mins the pressure goes off from the cooker. Sprinkle some coriander leaves for garnish
  • Serve Mutton Curry Masala with Rice, Roti or paratha.
