Nowadays people are thinking to eat differently and hygienic also. So today we are preparing the tastiest and tempting tribal recipe.



 Many of them are foodies. Especially there is no gender difference in having food. Most of the people are Non-Vegetarians Compare to Vegetarians. For a dietician, meat is very useful to grow up and built up the body. If you add ghee for this recipe it is very tasty but more ghee is not good for health. So, here the recipe is bamboo chicken.

Now a few words about the taste of bamboo chicken .the taste was awesome. I know it is not possible for everyone to try this recipe but it is a must try the recipe at least once.

INGREDIENTS for BAMBOO CHICKEN:

  • boneless chicken -350grams
  • coriander powder-1tbsp
  • red chilli powder-2tbsp
  • turmeric powder- a pinch
  • garam masala -1tbsp
  • salt -as needed
  • lemon -1 big
  • oil -4tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves-1/2 Cup
  • Freshly Cut green bamboo stem-1
  • dry leaves, coconut fibres-for kindling
  • firewood.

Main Instructions: Stage-1 Preparation

  • Rinse chicken thoroughly and take into a bowl
  • Add red chilli powder,lemon juice,oil,garlic paste,ginger paste,garam masala,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
  • leave the marinade for 45mins-1 hr.

Stage 2 preparation: -Lighting Fire

  • Place Firewood on the ground.
  • pour a little bit of kerosene or petrol on the wood.
  • Take a few papers/Cloth/Coconut fibres and put them on the wood for Kindling.
  • Start Fire.

Stage3 Preparation: Stuffing Bamboo with the Marinade

  • Take freshly cut bamboo stem with one end closed.
  • Rinse inner part of the bamboo before use.
  • fill it up to 3/4th part of the bamboo with chicken marinade.
  • And take some leafy stuff in the remaining part of the bamboo.
  • Finally, place it on the fire and leave for 1hour.

Separating the cooked chicken from bamboo:

  • Hold the bamboo with a Pincer, and remove the leafy stuff above the marinade.
  • Take a plate and turn the bamboo upside down over it.
